Creating a safe and creative space, Kindra guides students to explore and experience themselves in an empowering and accessible way through the practice of yoga, somatic movement, meditation and mantra. Coming from a postcolonial research background she seeks to explore the identity building process through the mapping of the body and the environment we live in.
