Bianca’s journey into yoga began with a deep curiosity about the healing powers of self-awareness. She completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training in Mexico with Corinne Lapage, a 50-hour Rocket Yoga training with David Kyle, and advanced studies in Sattva Himalayan Yoga (500H + Master Teacher) under the guidance of Anand Mehrotra in the Himalayas.

Her practice integrates dynamic asana, breathwork, and mantra-based meditation, blending the discipline of Ashtanga with the creative energy of Rocket Yoga and the transformative depth of Kriya and Kundalini practices. She has traveled extensively, immersing herself in different yogic traditions and wisdom teachings, shaping her holistic and integrative approach to the practice.

Today, she offers classes and retreats worldwide, guiding students to explore yoga as a sacred tool for self-inquiry and empowerment. Her teachings create a space where strength meets surrender, breath leads movement, and practice becomes a pathway to inner awakening.

For her, yoga is more than a practice—it is a way to live with presence, purpose, and deep connection to the self.
